This site is to promote free vacation property listings in Massachusetts. My name is Ray and my partner is Dan. We started two sites for free rental listings, Massachusetts and and Florida.

My story:
I have my own web site for a vacation property in Florida that I own and it does very well. In addition to my web-site I paid a fee for one of the bigger rental sites to get my vacation listing out there (the more the merrier). The first year I paid $150.00 and two years later they want $250.00 WOW what an increase in price. So I inquired to another fee based site and while thinking about it, they pounded my phone and email, so I decided not get their service. I actually had to mark their email as spam. The phone did not stop ringing, even though I told them several times not to call. I finally said yes and they gave me a coupon number for a three free month trial, that I never used. This quieted them down for 3 months and then the phone rang again and again and I finally said yes and got another coupon that I never used. Finally the second time stopped the phone calls.

I’m not saying to cancel your listing on a fee based site, but here’s an opportunity to list your property for free. The more you have your property listed the more requests you will get over time.

  • We do some soliciting but will never call you twice or send you email twice (been there).
  • We will never give your phone number or email address out to ANYBODY.
  • We will talk to you by request. Just let us know on our and Contact us page.
  • We will never ask you for personal information.
  • For the renter and owner always be careful. There are a lot of scammers out, just talk to us and we hopefully will build your confidence we are real and sincere.
  • We know one thing our listings will get you customers and you will be with us a long time.
  • If you want to de-list your property after listing, let us know and it will be done immediately. We wouldn’t see any reason for you to do this, unless you don’t rent the property anymore.
