Two popular islands sit off the coast of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. From the southeast part of the Cape you can enjoy a day at Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket islands each with has its own uniqueness. Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are both are accessible by ferry from several shipping ports.
